In this course we will build on your knowledge from the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course. What will you achieve?
You will become a certified (Dutch BKO/BKE accredited) Lean Six Sigma Green Belt;
You will learn:

oCalculate the sigma level and communicate your quality level to outsiders
oMeasurement System Analysis
oSchedule with the Critical Path Method
oCalculate cycle time and takt time and optimize bottlenecks
oUse the QFD tool to (re)design products and services
oUse DOE to improve products and services
oUse project priority matrix to choose the right project
oUse (non) linear regression to quantify the effect of factors on your organization
oUse control charts to maintain overview of production
You will learn how to apply most of these tools in MS Excel which gives you a big advantage over most other Lean Six Sigma professionals that do not know how to do that. No prior Excel knowledge is required.
